Return & Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must notify us within 48 hours of the carrier’s confirmed delivery date and time.

Failure to contact us within the 48-hour window will result in denial of any refund, return, or exchange request.
Example:
If your package is delivered on February 15, 2020 at 2:00 PM, you must contact us no later than February 17, 2020 at 2:01 PM to initiate the refund process. Any communication received after this timeframe will not qualify for a refund.
Important Health & Safety Notice
Due to sanitary precautions and to protect the health of our employees, all returned items must:

Items that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for a refund.
Required Evidence
Customers must provide clear evidence of the issue. Acceptable evidence includes:

Upon receiving the evidence, ESTAAHAIR will determine the appropriate resolution.
Return Process (If Approved)
If ESTAAHAIR determines that a return is warranted (e.g., item received not as described), the following steps apply:

Send a clear photo or video of the item in its original packaging to our email or WhatsApp number listed above.

Once the original condition is confirmed, we will provide the return address.

After we receive the returned item, please allow up to 48 hours for inspection and processing.

An ESTAAHAIR representative will record a video from the moment the returned package is opened through inspection to verify the condition of the item.

If the item meets all return requirements, a full refund will be issued within 30 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email/message once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for funds to reflect in your account.
Refund Eligibility
A full refund will only be issued if:

The item is in its original packaging

The hair is unworn and unused
-
The hair has not been altered in any way
No refund will be granted if the hair has been used, altered, or removed from its original packaging.
Additional Policy Exceptions

Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items picked up from our physical store are not eligible for refunds.

Services, trainings, and digital products are non-refundable.

Returned items must have original tags attached.

Items must show no visible signs of wear or use.
PROCESSING TIME
Processing time does not include delivery time.
Ready to ship wigs are shipped out within 24hrs-72hrs of payment confirmation.
All other wigs require 5 -21 working days after payment confirmation to be shipped out. You can confirm exact time from any of our representatives.
Custom orders are processed within 2-6 weeks after payment confirmation.
SHIPPING TERMS
This policy is only applicable to shipped units outside Lagos. Estaahair is not responsible/liable for items misplaced or lost by third party carriers. We mostly recommend if we are sending your package outside of Lagos that you purchase insurance for items above $100. Any item misplaced is solely refunded by the third party delivery company used. In order to mitigate the risks related to shipped orders, the client is advised to purchase shipping rates with Insurance at checkout. If the shipping rate with Insurance was purchased at checkout, Estaahair orders will be insured for the full value of the purchase. If an insured order is lost or stolen by third party shipping carriers, a full and complete refund is processed.
If a package is not insured a refund would only be processed if the entire value of the purchase has been reimbursed to Estaahair by the third party shipping carrier. Timeframe to receive a complete refund is fully dependant on the specific carrier claims resolution process. Please refer to the carrier website to understand their policies and procedures around the claims resolution process and timeline.
Estaahair has not control over custom or duty fees for international shipping. Shipping fees do not cover Customs or duty fee.
